Capt. Nicolas P. Fiechter

I'm a retired airline pilot with over 25,500 flight hours on various aircraft, having worked for multiple companies over 40 years, including 32 years as an active captain. I trained professional pilots for nearly two decades until COVID grounded global airline fleets.

During my career, I successfully managed several emergencies, ensuring safe landings for all passengers, even on challenging days, through effective decision-making and management.

This Safety Workshop shares my experience to enhance your skills and improve safety for you, your crew, and your passengers. Learn to make quick, effective decisions, manage flights efficiently, handle increased workloads, recognize personal limits, and manage fatigue.

My approach worked for me and can work for you too!

My goal is to enhance aviation safety for everyone!
